MVMCP a tip or two

Snow White and the 7 dwarfs are out at MVMCP? I thought they only came out at MNSSHP. Can anyone else confirm this? If they are out at MVMCP, we'll be so happy!

As far as I know they only come out for MNSSHP but you never know, it could change for this year.

But you can see last year's ifo and get a good idea of the events and times right here on the DIS under 'Events' and then under December. They dont' change much from year to year.

IMHO, if it were me and I could switch it, I def would. SOA is an amazing show and quite an event in itself. The last time I was there, it took up a good amount of time. However, if your not hoping to see and do it all during the party, you will prob be okay. But again, if it were me, I'd switch. Any other opinions?

I agree. I would switch things around a bit. Both of these events take time and I don't see how you can do either justice by trying to do both on the same evening.

There have been a lot of great tips. One that I haven't seen it Santa Claus. When we went 2 years ago, we had our DS7 (at the time) picture taken with Santa Claus. That was the BEST Santa Claus we have ever seen. Our son swears that is the "real" Santa. The line gets long quickly so get in line early.

Gosh I don't think I have ever been so nervous about something at Disney. I think because we are forking over so much money for just one night I am in a panic to make sure we see everything. Thanks for all the tips!

So related to the above post- Santa Claus should be at the party? Is he found anywhere else on property too?? I know in Disneyland Santa is constantly out in both parks and the hotels, but the DLR doesn't have a party so I wasn't sure if this would be our only night to see him..?

You can also find Santa at the America Pavillion in World Showcase at Epcot (Holidays Around the World) and outside of the World of Disney at Downtown Disney (last year it was set up near the princess room entrance)

Mrs. Claus is only at Epcot with Santa. At MK and DTD it's just Santa.

Probably a silly question, but when you have your picture taken with Santa is it captured on your Photopass or do you purchase the photo seperately like you usually do when visiting Santa?

I'm getting so excited for the party! November 16th here!

November 16th for me too.

Love to read that the castle lighting is 5:45 pm. We have 5:30 pm reservations for The Plaza so we will have a prime view of the ceremony. My mom is so thrilled to be going.
