I know this os early but it is never to early to start planning. (I hope) So do I have this right that If i purchase a MVMCP I do not need addmission to the park also. Just the ticket to get in @4.00 that day. Thanks for your help. Can wait till December.

You do not need a regular park ticket, just the MVMCP ticket. The 4:00 admission has been kind of an "unofficial" thing the past few years, the official hours are 7:00 to midnight. When they started the bag checks after 9/11, there would have been too much of a backup if everyone came at 7:00. So they started allowing admission after 4:00, you get a wristband, and can stay in the park after the regular 6:00 close.

Thank you for your post. That is great. Planning on comming back from our Cruise on the Thurday checking into the POP get a little rest an off to The Christmas Party at MK. Can't wait

I definitely don't want to put a damper on your plans, but one thing to consider is that your room at the Pop might not be ready until official check in time. I only mention it because it happened to us in May after our cruise. We were standing at the resort check in desk at 9:15am after just getting off the Wonder and they didn't have a room ready for us until nearly 3pm. Needless to say, it was a long day.

Well we will just leave our baggage there and go shopping at Downtown Disney. Another excuse to buy more Christmas presentS

Hopefully you won't have any problems and as long as you have a Plan B, you should be all set. As I mentioned, disembarking proved to be a very long day because you have to be up early to get off the ship by 9am. MVMCP is a good time, but would be a lot funner if you get a chance to nap during the day.
