Does anyone know when the tickets for MVMCP 2004 go on sale?

Also can they be ordered via the Disney website or do you have to phone

Last year the tickets were released with the MNSSHP ones at the end of April.

I think you can get the by phone and on the website

Does anyone have any recommendations for which night is best? One at the early part of December for less crowds or more towards Xmas itself better atmosphere?

PS You could definitely buy the tickets online last year so I'm hoping you can this year too!
