We will be at disney in March
What are some must try foods or restaurants?

it's been a while since I've been to Disney. The epcot restaurants were really good. Le Cellier (the Canadian pavilion) was excellent as was the Chinese restaurant.

Try the restaurant sections of this board....lots of really good info and reviews there....:)

We were there in December. If you LOVE FILET, we were VERY PLEASED with Hollywood Brown Derby at Hollywood Studios and Les Chef de France at Epcot. DELICIOUS melt in your mouth filet! Also, Yak and Yeti(table service) at Animal Kingdom we enjoyed VERY MUCH too!
We did the Hollywood Brown Derby lunch Fantasmics package! We had a 12:00 Noon ADR, party of 6, and the servers were excellent! Initially, did not think that we would like eating our main meal at noontime, but it worked out PERFECTLY with the Fantasmics show at 6:30!
Hope that you enjoy if you try one or all!:cheer2::thumbsup2

Are you talking about Nine Dragons restaurant? I havent been there, but the quickservice (Lotus Blossom cafe) wasnt all that great to be honest. It was more like a food court. There are better quick service in epcot than Lotus Blossom. And Le Cellier is so over priced right now (its a signature restaurant). IMO if you want a good steak, i'd much rather go to Yachtsman. LC isnt worth the $$$. Just my opinion thou.

My faves:

-Via Napoli for both their pizza and pasta
-Tutto Italia also has great pasta (but via is still my fave)
-Chefs de France is another good one
-breakfast at Kona cafe is awesome
-character breakfast: crystal palace, cape may, and tusker are all great
-basic fare: scifi, the plaza, and 50s are yummy

Definitely check out the restaurants section. Lots of info there.

The restaurants I always make sure we visit each trip are:

-Cape may café dinner buffet for their unlimited crab legs
-Beaches and cream for their delicious ice cream desserts

I don't always go to these one's but they are some of my favorites:
-The Wave breakfast buffet, the sweet potato pancakes are amazing
-Earl of Sandwich, delicious!
-Liberty Tree Tavern, great for simple but delicious food

We love Tusker House at AK, Yachtman Steakhouse at YC, Be Our Guest, the bakery in France, there are really just so many!

Who is traveling with you? Are you looking for quick service, character and/or table service?

.

Yes, Nine Dragons sounds right. It was a sit-down restaurant. We were last at Disney in 2009. When we went we had a dining plan, and as I recall the TS were all equal at the time. Definitely worth it if you have a dining plan. We eat plenty of good steak dinners at home, so i don't *need* it on a vacation; but if given the choice between Le Cellier and a character meal, it's an easy decision for me. Things may have changed though since 2009 : )

At EPCOT, Via Napoli definitely, for their Margarita pizza and a pitcher of Sangria. The best! Downtown Disney, Earl of Sandwich, my favourite is the 'Italian'!

I was there a few weeks ago ..
Artist Point in Wilderness Lodge is excellent
Chefs de France - Epcot -always lovely
Jiko in AKL service was sublime -food is eclectic though if you're adventurous!
Sanaa ..also AKL .. African with an Indian twist ..very good
Teppan Edo ..fun..typical Hibachi style, good food.
Best overall ..as per always ...California Grill - Contemporary resort - This was my 20th visit there and I'm never ever disappointed.
Be our Guest in MK ..Great meal and what could be better than the Beast meandering around whilst you dine!?
The Wave in the Contemporary resort ..very good meal, filet was excellent, almost as good as Le Cellier but I am perhaps a little prejudiced as my daughter worked in LC for quite awhile. :flower:

Echoing what others have said...
Any character breakfast - Chef Mickey's, 'Ohana's, Crystal Palace, Tusker House, 1900 Park Fare, Akershus
or Breakfast at Kona Cafe (Mmmmm... Tonga Toast!)
Be Our Guest, 'Ohana's for dinner
Earl of Sammich, Wolfgang Puck Express, House of Blues
50`s Prime Time, Sci Fi, Starring Roles (out of this world cupcakes), Fairfax Fare
Anywhere in the world showcase at Epcot but esp Via Napoli, Biergarten, Teppan Edo, York Co. Fish & Chips
Dinner shows - Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue, Mickey's Backyard BBQ, Spirit of Aloha Luau

No shortage of good places!
