Big beer snob here. I'll try to give you a heads up for your specific tastes.
Le Cellier serves Unibroue beers, and your husband will probably love Blanche de Chambly. The also serve Ephemere and Cherry Ephemere for your fruit-loving tastes.
ESPN Club has Widmer Hefeweizen, which is pretty decent.
Raglan Road has the requisite Irish/British draft list, plus a list of craft beer in bottles, but I can't remember what they are.
Big River is meh, but worth a sampler.
Narcoosees has a good list. I'm not a fan, but you might like the Breckenridge Agave Wheat. I am a fan, and your husband should like the Chimay White. Be Our Guest serves the Chimay, as well, as I just found out from a previous poster!
Il Mulino serves Ommegang, and the Witte is quite good. I'd also consider the Hennepin, which is a fine go-to saison with citrus notes you might like.
Tons of places have the Kona Longboard Lager. It's completely forgettable, but serviceable enough.
Cava de Tequila serves Dia de los Muertos, amongst the first breweries from Mexico's burgeoning craft beer industry to make it to America. They have a hefe that's not too bad.
Much to my dismay, the selection in Germany isn't terrific. But Schofferhofer Weizen is solid enough.
And finally, though it might not be in either of your wheelhouses, several places have the St. Bernadus 12, which is fantastic. And while Bear Republic Racer 5 is pretty good, if by some miracle there is a bottle of Racer X there, it's a terrific IPA you really should try.
Oh, and one more note. If you have a car and need a true beer fix, head up to World of Beer on Sand Lake and Dr. Phillips. 40 taps and a big bottle selection. It's a chain, but that doesn't stop them from bringing in some serious craft beers.
Prost!
