Some of you here may be new and for others, it may have been a while since you've read the DIS Posting Guidelines. These are the rules to your participation in the message board community we have here.
Ignorance of these rules are no excuse. So.. in the interest of a civil public forum for Disney fans, please take a moment and re-read and re-familiarize yourself with these guidelines as presented here:
http://www.wdwinfo.com/guidelines.htm
The Community has been a little less than civil in some threads here lately and that will not be tolerated moving forward. You don't have to agree with everyone and you don't have to always say nice things about Disney. We have some great members with lots of knowledge and it's in everyone's interest if all viewpoints can be heard with minimal problems. Insults, name calling, sarcastic or rude posts will be deleted and infractions awarded.
Infractions are like speeding tickets. If you get too many, you lose your license to the DIS. It's all explained at the link above.
You DO have to be pleasant and respectful with each other, especially so when you disagree. And if that is too hard for some to achieve, they will not be a problem for everyone else moving forward. We moderators are volunteers, we'd much prefer to be sharing our knowledge of Disney and building the community to the greater good and not bringing the hammer down. Perhaps we haven't been firm enough in the past...
Thank you for your attention to this and after you have familiarized, please bump this thread up so all can understand the rules of the road for the DIS and hopefully we can have fewer problems moving forward.
