Must pack items?

Unique to packing for WDW-I always pack dish soap to wash our refillable mugs. The last two trips I brought the bounty paper towels with dawn in it. I also bring glow bracelets and necklaces for nights in the parks. Lastly I put "whose shoes" tags on my kid's shoes in case they get lost. I found them on amazon.

A portable phone charger. I reference the app so much that it wears down the battery during a day in the parks.

Hand sanitizer in every way, shape, and form. Big bottles, travel bottles, wipes. We're not germ-o-phobes, but we are at Disney. I buy some multi-pack on Amazon before each trip.

Clorox wipes, zip locks, pocket size hand sanitizer, Portable USB chargers, extra memory card for cameras and

I brought a bandanna to fold up and tie around my head like a headband, under the bottom of my hair and tied on top. It helped to keep me feeling cool by keeping my hair off my neck and out of my face.

Collapsible Laundry Hamper w/ handle
Soft soap
Over the door hanging shoe organizer w/ many pockets(for organizing toiletries)
Cereal Bars for breakfast
Tide pods and dryer sheets ( we will be there 10 days)
Fish Scale (to make sure our luggage is under the proper weight for the trip home)

Here are some of the items I always bring when traveling...

-Power Strip
-Bath and Body Works foaming hand soap (or pretty much any pump hand soap will work) but we always need soap in the bathroom to wash our hands with as those tiny hotel bar soaps aren't really what we like for multiple hand washings.
-Trash bags, if you eat in your room, have trash from souvenirs, etc. the small trashcans in the rooms can get full very quickly.
-Ziplock bags for half eaten treats that want to be saved
-Small bottle of dish soap and sponge
-Shout wipes incase we get a stain on clothing
-Baby Powder (great for keeping you feeling fresh in the heat)
-Portable charger (a small one that I can keep in my bag and easily charge my phone wherever I am without needing to find an outlet)
-After sun cooling gel (incase anyone gets sunburned)

These are things aside from the standard things we would always bring on vacation, like sunscreen, hand sanitizer, snacks, medication, etc.

Ponchos! Go to the dollar store and get a bunch. They are much cheaper than at Disney and easy to throw in your backpack and throw away when you're done.

Oh and a backpack! Need one for a water bottle, charger, hand sanitizer and snacks.

Are there places onsite to wash clothes?

Since you are flying, in addition to comfortable and breathable clothing and good footwear, we always take a supply of the plastic ponchos from the dollar store. That is unless you don't mind buying the over-priced ponchos at Disney if it rains! Take a small supply of band-aids and first aid cream in case anyone gets a blister or cut. We always take a good amount of pre-packaged snacks but you will have to find room in your suitcase or carryon for this unless you are renting a car and can get to a grocery store or WalMart after you arrive.
