I love this one too, but it needs a camera.

Another one that is probably more for the iPhone but comes in handy is the RedBox app. It's awesome to be anywhere, and pick a movie and find the closest place to get it.

I second Angry Birds, IMDB, Shazam, Facebook, Skeeball
Frosting (my new favorite- it's a Diner Dash type game)
Toy Story Midway Mania (at least for the nostalgiac factor of being on the ride!)

The app that I have on my iPhone that I use the most and is the most helpful is a checkbook register. I don't know the name of it right off hand, but it is much easier for me. I don't carry a checkbook and everything goes on my debit card. The app just makes it that much easier when I am on the go. I can make my entries without worrying about making sure I have a register with me at all times, because I always carry my phone.

BalancePro works like a ledger sheet - I use it to "virtual envelope" all my cash every month and never go overbudget anymore.

The local ABC station--they send me alerts whenever someone important dies or something important happens on the news. Urbanspoon is good for looking up restaurants. Fandango for movie times and what's playing where. Google for looking up stuff.
