On the lunch buffet: peel & eat shrimp, the little hazelnut roll dessert, mini tiramisu. As mentioned above, the chicken tenders and fries on the pool deck are very good. The various pizzas are yummy, too.
On Castaway Cay: little slices of pineapple cake and gigantic chocolate chip cookies (can also get them from room service).

Yes, you can. The Dole Whip was about $4.50, with rum $6.50.
