Must do rides

What are the must do rides at each park?
Of course we will do the Harry Potter stuff, but besides that area.
We have no young kids. The youngest is 17.

Probably easier to state which rides I don't mind missing. At IOA...I usually skip Poseidan's Fury, Storm Force, Ripsaw Falls and Flight of the Unicorn.

At Universal...I usually skip Terminator and Simpsons.

I gotta agree. Because the lines were so short at times (5 minutes), we marathoned The Mummy for half an hour. What a blast.

You definitely want to ride Gringotts and Forbidden Journey, they're just too unique to miss.

We also see Terminator 3D, Shreck 4D and the Horror Makeup Show each visit

In IOA:
Hulk Coaster
Dr. Doom Fear Fall
Jurassic Park River Adventure
Kong
Seuss Trolley
and just before leaving the park, Dudley Do-Right and Bilge Rat Barges since you get drenched.

We enjoyed other things too but we rode these multiple times (along with the 2 harry potter rides) We liked Ripsaw Falls but our family of mostly 6 ft and 6ft+ people found it hard to get in and out of. The fit was so tight I said I am not riding this with anyone but family. And wet for these 2 rides in an understatement...

I like Rip Ride Rocket, but my wife does not. It's not a 'must', but I do it every trip.

She loves FJ and is a must for her. I'll ride (as long as I have my motion sickness meds handy), but wouldn't miss it if I didn't ride.
