Aside from Boma, Kona, 'Ohana, and signature restaurants, which Resort Restaurants would you consider "must dos"? Are there any hidden gems out there?

Excluding signature restaurants, I really like the Grand Floridian Café for lunch (and I suspect breakfast, which I'll be trying for the first time in November), Kouzzina at the Boardwalk for breakfast and dinner, and if you like sushi, Kimonos at the Dolphin for dinner.

Definitely 'Ohana (for breakfast or dinner) and Kona. We only had breakfast at Kona, but it was delicious! Macadamia/pineapple pancakes ... :cloud9:

Our hidden gem is Whispering Canyon Cafe at WL.
It is DH's favorite place on property. He loves the bbq skillet that is all you can eat. I love the ribeye they have there.
We must do this restaurant every time.

we REALLY liked Maya Grill at CSR...click on my Jan 2010 dining review for info & pics. Would consider that one a real hidden gem -- wonderful ambiance, more "adult" atmosphere in there (not to say there wasn't kiddos there, just seemed less kid-centric than many Disney restaurants. Course we were there in January, after the holidays so guess most kids were back to school.)

Also like The Wave/Contemporary, Captain's Grill at Yacht Club, Turf Club at SSR, Grand Floridian Cafe at GF. Olivia's at OKW was nice, too, come to think of it.

As you can see, we like Disney restaurants,

It isn't really a hidden gem but we love Narcoossee's at the GF. Also not to be missed is afternoon tea at the GF. I like to eat there as a light lunch but it might be to fussy for men.

We also really loved Sanaa - the server we had really spent a lot of time with us and we really liked the food. Narcooses is awesome. We are trying Olivias this trip at OKW which people really like.

We loved both Jikos and Sanaa. Breakfast at Ohana's is awesome! We like to try new restaurants everytime we go to WDW.

Grand Floridian Cafe, for breakfast especially, but other meals are very good, too.

I have to go with GF Cafe also. We have not tried lunch but have had great breakfasts & dinners. Once the fish of the day I had at GFC was better than the fish I had at Coral Reef.

We really like WCC too....DH and I both get the skillets while the girls order something off the kids menu. We all have to get a bottomless milk shake . We go there either for breakfast, lunch, or dinner it doesn't matter we like it that much.

Another place we have to go to each trip is Cape May Cafe breakfast, this is a character meal with Minnie, Donald, and Goofy in their beach attire. The food is always hot and fresh and the character interaction is just awesome. If I even consider doing something else for our trip, my family gets really mad at me :rotfl:

Maybe we're in the minority, but we have lunch at the Wave every visit.....

WCC at WL is my favourite restaurant in WDW. I love the food, the theming, the fun of it all.
I also think Olivia's at OKW is a nice little hidden gem. We had a really nice meal there and I enjoyed the setting.

Citricos and the Yachtsman Steakhouse are two of our favorites for dinner

Grand Floridian Cafe for breakfast or lunch too

I really love Artist Pointe, and enjoyed the Grand Floridian Cafe as well (their Eggs Benedict is awesome)!
