I regretted not booking Blue Bayou last trip, so I plan to make a reservation this time.

Any other dining experiences we shouldn't miss (family dining, kids aged 5, 9, 11, and 13)...

I will likely book Wine Country Trattoria for WOC package.

I recommend Goofy's Kitchen. It is such a fun experience and the food is great! Also, the Plaza Inn character meal is a neat experience as well.

I definitely say Blue Bayou is one of my favorite restaurants. However, in recent years, Carthay Circle at DCA has become my favorite restaurant on Disneyland property.

Our favorite sit-down place is Cafe Orleans. It's just good food (try the pomme frites) in a relaxing area. The New Orleans area has always been my favorite in terms of atmosphere so that's part of the appeal.

Besides what was already mentioned...

Steakhouse 55 for breakfast - Best breakfast on property IMO for just a little more than Carnation Cafe.

Cove Bar - Great lunch spot to relax and have a drink. The lobster nachos are awesome. Although there are no entrees and everything they have are appetizers, the food is awesome.

We always do Blue Bayou. I also like French Market in NOS for quick serve. I think it's better than Royal Street, although the food they serve is similar. I also second your idea on WCT; we really like that restaurant, especially sitting outside.

Other than that, my favorites are in the DLH and the GCH -- It wouldn't be a trip to DL for us without visiting Trader Sam's at the DLH. Kinda like eating inside the Tiki Room without the annoying squawking. :) There is truly nothing else like it. Also we did our first meal at the Chef's Counter at Napa rose at the GCH last year. Fantastic.

Blue Bayou is always the best fancy bet in Disneyland, Café Orleans is also really awesome and isn't as pricey. We go to Café Orleans more often than Blue Bayou.

In DCA we love Cove Café, such a great outside spot for a restaurant, and the lobster nachos are bomb.

Another Cove Bar fan here! Get there a little before opening and request a waterside table, we had a party of 5 and got it with no problems. Same with Trader Sam's, go for lunch, get there a little before opening.

For CS I like the Cozy Cones at night - you get the Cars characters driving in and out of their meeting spot. We also like Bengal BBQ for the skewers and tiger tails, right across from Indy and Jungle Cruise.

Golden Horseshoe has ice cream nachos in their secret menu. Refreshment Corner has a few secret menu things for the MSEP - I had the Firefly which is Fritos with chili and jalapenos ;) Girardelli has such good ice cream! I had a sea salt caramel sundae, DD had a basic chocolate scoop in a sprinkle-covered cone. Dole Whip flavored cotton candy can be found in the carts - it looks off white.

There are so many things I want to eat and never get them all - I even had a list this time and did not get everything I wanted to try.

Carnation Cafe - Fried Pickles (the best I have ever tried) & baked potato soup.

Plaza Inn - Fried Chicken. Tried this the last time and it has made it on my must list.

The fried biscuits at Carthay Circle are Yummy too.
