Must do adult beverages?

The Dawa bar at AK. For some reason, I just must have the Harambie Cooler.

The Rose & Crown - Scotch Sampler and a Bass Ale

France - Citroen Slushy

Germany - Stella

Here my list of the best places for an adult beverage:

Next is the Lapu Lapu at the Poly. Oh my this is very strong and expensive, but if you are looking for a unique drink, this is it!

To the OP: I'm not a big drinker either - I'm normally a wine drinker and don't touch hard alcohol much. In 2008 I wanted to try the Lapu Lapu but worried that it'd be too much for me. The bar tender said that he could make a weaker version of the Lapu Lapu and I agreed. He didn't explain what he did to make it less intense - he just made it. Even the less intense version hit me hard. But it was good. I think it was around $13.00 so it's a bit $$, but I still recommend the drink if you're at the Poly and want to try it. Ask for a weaker version of the drink since you said that you don't drink a lot. The way the bar tender acted, I assume that they all know how to make a weaker version of the drink.

I also recommend the Grey Goose slushy if you like lemon. I'm trying the Grand Mariner next month and won't be able to compare the two until then.

1. Lapu Lapu at the Poly

2. Grand Marnier slushie in France.

3. Mojito at any restaurant at Disney - especially the passion fruit!

Just got back from a trip where I drank around the world, and what I reccomend are:
Canda: Torontopolitan
France: Grey Goose Slush (YUM!)
American Adventure: Bud lite (kinda boring)
Morocco: Tangierine Cocktail
U.K.: Welsh Dragon
Japan: Tokyo Sunset
Germany: Wine flight
Italy: Wine flight
China: Peach Snap!
Mexico: Avocado margarita (veeerrrry goood)
Norway: Viking Coffee (this was good becasue it was super cold when we were down there)

From our trip last week

Grand Marnier Slush

Lime Margarita with a pomagranite liquor float in Mexico - yes, even in 40* weather

the best was this burnt orange drink from Blue Zoo - the smell (and the taste) was amazing!

Can you really taste all the different flavors in this margarita? I've always wanted to try one but never do because I think it will all get mixed together and be gross! :confused3

I like the slushes in France and the classic margarita on the rocks in La Cava del Tequila. I need to be adventurous next time and try some drinks from other countries! :rotfl:

I was able to taste all of the flavors individually, but they did run together a little bit when I was nearly finished with one layer and getting to the next. It wasn't gross, though, the flavors complimented each other well. The lime flavor stuck out for me the most. They do have single flavor margaritas that are just as delish - I just couldn't decide on what flavor to get, so I had to get the Fiesta ;)

I think the margaritas at La Cava del Tequila are unmissable. The selection is broad enough to have something for every taste, even if you aren't an ardent tequila fan. I also love the Italian Margherita at the Tutto Italia kiosk in Epcot's Italy pavilion. Right now, my favorite thing on the standardized WDW bar menu is the pear martini, which, if memory serves, is actually made with Scotch and therefore only a martini in name.

Grand Marnier (sp) Slushy in France. The Best!

If your into Sake, there is a great little sake bar at the back of the store in the Japan Pavillion.

A pint of Cider in England is always nice.

I have 2, the Pina Colava. You can get this practically anywhere. It is a Pina colada but with Raspberry puree added...mmmm very good. And not heavy on the alcohol. (which is good or bad depending...LOL)

Next is the Lapu Lapu at the Poly. Oh my this is very strong and expensive, but if you are looking for a unique drink, this is it!

Lapu Lapu... thats the one! Comes in a real pineapple too! :thumbsup2

Also the slushes in France are delicious. Grey Goose and Grand Marnier is one

Another vote GREY GOOSE SLUSHIE

Beware the lapu lapu if you're not a big spirits drinker - it nearly wiped me out.

My favourites are the frozen strawberry margerita from the stand in EPCOT.
Pomegranate Kir from the French stall (not sure if it is just for the Food and Wine festival though_
The powerberry mojito from various restaurants including Boma
I'm also a sucker for a sangria or red wine flight (boma and Kouzzina do lovely red wine flights)
My all time favourite was the strawberry basil lemonade but Boma have stopped making it - too sad.
