A few of my reservations have "Please contact the Disney Reservation Center at 407-939-3463 to cancel your reservation. Thank you." where others have the "cancel" button.
I have the same issue and had to call. It must have something to do with the outages? I also have some that are not showing when I look them up with the res#. When I called they were all there though. I was getting nervous that they were not in the system!
I have had that message showing on more and more of my ressies as we get closer to our arrival day. As of today, all my ressies for our trip tomorrow are call only option for cancellation
