Must Be Crowded

We are leaving on Thursday. I have all of our ADR's booked now for months and of course they are not showing up. I have them all printed so I will just throw the print outs into my bag and hope for the best.

I was going to move some ADR's around and I can't get anything else at all. I wonder how croweded it is going to be. We always go towards the end of October and never have found it to be all that crowded.

You can't always judge the crowds by availability or unavailability of ADRs. A lot of people book multiple ADRs for each meal to cover all the bases. We'll often decide at the last minute to go down for the day and call on the way down to be told everything's booked solid. We'll get there and get seated in a "booked solid" restaurant that's only half full.

Hey, we leave Thursday also, DH just checked that crowd calendar Thurs is a 3, Fri is a 1, Sat is a 4, Sun is 2 and Mon is a 1. This is out of 10 so really Sat is the worst. The others are SWEET. Have a great time, I know that we will.

PS, we are staying at POR also,

PSS, I see you are from NY, keep in mind that it is still very warm in Orlando, I think at night it may go down into the upper 60's. However, things can change.

It's pesky me again. We decided to not do any ADR's so DH went in to cancel them just a few minutes ago. They aren't showing anything for us either, I think it may be just a system problem. I think you will be fine, just do like you said and take the confirmation numbers with you.

Just checked ours-All 10 days ADR'S are accounted for except a LeCellier lunch-I wrote all of our conf. #'s down also.Tried to manually check theLC ressie,but it tells me to call.Can't complain though.I think they must be in the process of "getting it together".Don't worry,they'll reappear!

We leave Friday (another POR trip) and checked our ADRs yesterday--two were missing..but when we called they were

Lol! We count things in "sleeps" too! Way easier than counting by the day. I always wonder if you should include today when counting by the day, or the day you arrive as a day....sleeps are MUCH easier!!

Crowds in the restaurants (assuming everyone who booked a restaurant reservation shows up for it, which likely never happens) does not necessarily equal crowds in the parks. The parks have a much greater capacity than the restaurants.

We actually go fairly often. Last few times we have done the deluxe dining plan. We were so full and so tired of all the food that this time we decided to just do counter service, or leave the park and eat off site some.

Well here comes the bad luck that seems to lurk whenever a trip to WDW is planned. DS13 walked in, or should I say hopped in. He rolled his ankle in gym today, he couldn't even go to Tae Kwon Do, and he always goes unless he is dying. Oh well, we may be using crutches or a wheel chair.
