I enjoyed the opera singers when I was at PBH last September. The performances began at 8:00 PM (sunset). There were typically two singers (one male, one female) positioned on balconies who took turns serenading the people in the piazza. The music was more modern than classical. Before the performances, the PBH staff arranged some tables and chairs in the piazza and I believe that there was drink service as well. Lots of people drank wine while enjoying the performance.

I did not notice any strolling musicians, but the hotel was sparsely occupied at that time of the year. Perhaps the strolling musicians are reserved for busier times of the year.

We saw it almost every night of our week-long stay last August. It was very nice. I believe it does start at sunset and takes place in the harbor piazza. Afterward, they had a guitar player and a singer outside at the Thirsty Fish Bar on the piazza for a few hours. We sat out there every evening at the end of our busy day and enjoyed a drink and the music and the stars. Very relaxing. Looking forward to doing it again this August when we stay there.
