This was inspired by the Movie that you love but most people hate thread. Is there any music/song you love that most people hate? I LOVE that "Christmas Shoe" song. Someone started a thread about it the other day saying how they can't stand it. It's the one about the boy who wants to buy shoes for his mom that's expected to die soon.

I love me some real twangy bluegrass country and western every now and then! Emmylou Harris, Dolly Parton, Randy Travis. None of this pop-country, thank you very much.

Other than on the Gothic Beauty messageboards, I've never met anyone else who likes Voltaire/The Cruxshadows/Gossamer/Nox Arcana and the like. And try to find anyone around here who's even heard of The Jam and Roxy Music

I am going to answer for DH, since he is not a DISer, but just married to him. DH actually owns and plays regularly the ENTIRE CD of Right Said Fred. Yes, those two bald guys singing about how they are too sexy for shirts, golf, goldfish crackers, and whatever. That CD is horrible...just awful. Is anyone else out there a closet Right Said Fred fan?

Another John Denver Freak here! I saw him in concert and met him after not too long before he died it was a great Concert. I am right now listening to John Denver and the Muppets CD ... and I had John Denver music in my wedding (Follow Me)
