Music in the Parks

For the people in Marching band are you doing Music in the Parks in Disney World in April? My band is and I can't wait. Has anybody ever done it before. Is it fun. I am sooooooooooooo excited.

Ciara when I went to Great America with my band last year we could do music in the parks or go to a festival. We went to the festival and then we got to go on the rides the next day. I saw a lot of bands preforming and it looked like a lot of fun. I wish we could have played there, but then we wouldn't of had a lot of time to go on the rides. Both of these things had a good and a bad.

i have done music in the parks twice. I loved it! you will have alot of fun tell me when and what park you are marching in and i will come and try to see you!

We are marching in the parade at the Magic Kingdom nad we are performing at the Great World of Sports. (I think ) I'll check. We are going to be there for 5 days so we get 2 or 3 days to just do the parks. It is going to be really cool becuase it isnt going to be that crowded. (I hope) I can't wait. April can't come soon enough.

to all of u who are going to music in the park it is an awsome experience specially when u win that is amazing if u go to have fun an win the experience will last a life time an u will love it i was not there with a band i went fo choir an my group loved it to all who are goin have fun

but YAY. I LOVE doing the music in the parks thingy... I went frosh year. Marching down main street before the 3:00 parade is an AWESOME feeling.
and guess what? I get to go for my SENIOR YEAR BAND TRIP! March 23-27, 2006. woot!
And my band director is working to get us to march before SpectroMagic! lol that would be awesome!

Not yet. But my band directors said that my school has gone many times in the past. This year we are going to San Antonio for Spring Break. Hopefully Disney soon.

Good luck. My band is going to Hawaii for a concert on one of the battleships at pearl harbor. The only bad thing is, i can't go. It is a decent trade off because i will be on a disney cruise and in the parks, but yeah. It will be the last time I get to see a lot of the seniors which really stinks

Well our band was SUPPOSED to go to WDW this year they went 2 years ago over spring break but They aren't going now b/c we got brand new uniforms and that used up all our money. And we won't even have our marching uniforms this year for marching like we were supposed to. I think we get to go in 2 years at least I hope. I know the seniors this year were REALLY mad!
