Music at the resorts

I've heard the WL has music that is piped in throughout the resort, and that people really enjoy it.

I was wondering, does SSR also have piped in music? Do you like it? What about the other DVC resorts?

Great question! I am bumping for an answer also. I also wonder about all the other DVC resorts. We usually stay at VWL and are very aware of the music (what is better than Elmer Bernstein's Magnificant Seven??). But we have stayed at OKW and BCV and really did not notice the music. Can anyone share what the different DVC resort's music is and the themes?

SSR does have music playing in the main lobby area that I remember but cant remember what songs were playing

OKW has Jimmy Buffett for sure around Olivias and the pool areas.

I think the reason the music at WL stands out so much is it goes along so well with the theming. Same is true for OKW.

The music around the High Rock Springs pool @ SSR in January 2005 was very "turn of the century" type music -- "Give My Regards to Broadway" was one of the pieces playing on a regular basis.

SSR is a jazzy instrumental music with a few songs here and there that are
vocal...I could nor recognize any of the music although I did hear a vocal song that was a george michael original...hehe
