For anyone considering using them... we used them for our trip this past week (17th - 24th). Terri was at the bottom of the escalator in baggage claim waiting for us. She helped grab the bags off the belt and we got a skycap to bring them to her car. Did the half hour grocery stop, we used every minute of it, she helped out with the bags when we were done. Then we did the picture at the entrance (came out ok, our heads were blocking the word "World" but whatever). I called the night before our return to confirm pickup, and Terri was there the next day within 5 minutes of our pickup time. I'm not sure if she helped w/the bags because I was too busy being mad at dh for losing our refillable mug LOL.

She had the booster seat for my older dd as I requested, and helped her out of the car whenever we stopped. In all it was a positive experience, I have no complaints, and I'd use them again.
 
We had an absolutely fabulous experience with them in May and will definately use them again! They were wonderful from the moment we first emailed them through the moment they dropped us off at the airport for our return flight - and we had lots of flight and resort changes, special requests, etc. I highly reccomend them!
 
We have used them twice and found the experience fairly positive but didn't you find Terri annoying? She never stopped complaining about her personal business....and we got WAY too much personal info about her! I mean I like someone who is personable but I don't need to know her dirty laundry...didn't know if you had that same experience or not.
 
:confused: All our pre-trip correspndence with them was by email. It was all very professional and very quickly answered. The only person we ever really actually "talked" to was our driver, and he was absolutely wonderful! Very professional. Just chatty enough to be friendly, but not annoying. We've used pretty much every car service out there, and this was our best experience by far.
 

Oh no not pre trip correspondence.......John and Marie were great. Terri was our driver...and very annoying during our transport.
 
Oh. That explains it. We must have had a different driver. Our's was a "he", not a "she".

Yes, I had the same experience as you. Pretty much the whole ride to and from the airport she did all the talking, not because we aren't talkative people but because we couldn't get a word in LOL. She volunteered personal info too. She was the same on the ride to the airport, but it didn't bother me as much b/c I am so terrified to fly I was just too self absorbed at that moment to hear what she was saying. But, she was on time both times, so I would use them again. She doesn't actually work for Murray Hill, they contract her out, she started doing this a year ago, prior to that she worked for Mears and Yellow Cab. I think I know her life story from our two short rides LOL.
 
Glad to hear the good reviews. I just called last week to make a res. with them for our Oct. trip.
