KP:: Here's today's article.
The day is August 19th. We have been lulled into a false sense of security. We were filled with horror when another companion was stolen from us. Chip was murdered. He was pushed off of the top of the Hollywood Tower Hotel, also known as the Tower of Terror. A drawing of a vivid eye was found nearby. He will be dearly missed.
The general consensus of both the detectives and everyone else is that the murderer, or murderers, is killing for the fun of it. However, the possible motives of "having Disney to themselves" and "killing those he doesn't like" or " killing everyone who can catch him/her" were also discussed. When asked why they're killing who they're killing, Melody replied, "Well, Phineas & Ferb changed GMR. Chip encouraged everyone to go where they weren't supposed to. People who don't follow the rules so well?" And a detective agreed, saying "Chip was going around convincing people to do stuff they shouldn't. Maybe the killer's big on rules." This same detective mentioned yellow and a peculiar land when we were discussing possible suspects. The other two insist that the murderers revolve around water. They agree that small and/or talkative people should watch their backs. Jasmine feels she'll be next because "I've been spending a bit of time with Chip lately, and since he was the last killed it feels like I may be next."
As for the clue, theories are all over the board. Adella thought, " The eye might have to do with someone seeing what happened... or like you said Kim, just someone with memorable eyes." She also said, "I just remembered something. Scar, from the Lion King, looked directly into Mufassa's eyes before pushing him into his death. Chip got pushed off of the top of ToT... just an idea." Melody stated, "The vivid eye makes me think of someone with magical powers," while Wendy said, " what if you are looking too much into the eye...maybe it doesn't represent someone's actual eye, magic powers or seeing maybe it's just. see. or sea." One detective agreed, saying, " not see... but SEA... like mermaids." Another detective mentioned, "The clue could mean a few things, but I'm leaning toward it means the person has good eyesight or is artistic since it was on a piece of paper." The third said simply, "The killer wants us to know he's watching us, and that means he's one of us! We have to watch ourselves." As for me, I have my own theories, but it could mean anything. I think it may refer to memorable eyes, people who watch things or people, including spying, or just about any of the theories mentioned above.
