Wonderland - Alice, Cheshire Cat.
Monstropolis - Boo, Mike.
Neverland - Tinkerbell, Fawn, Wendy.
Halloweentown - Sally.

Then there are links to the word 'world' to other characters.

Meg - The Underworld.
Jasmine & Carpet - A Whole New World.

Jane - Her and Tarzan were from different worlds.
