This person must not be in the U.S. When I type www.muppets.com, it takes me to a Disney go.com site for the Muppets. It's probably taking this person to some international Disney site instead of the Muppets section.

Try http://disney.go.com/dxd/index.html?channel=102451#/disneygroups/themuppets/ . Or maybe ask over on the UK forum if anyone knows how?
