we will be at USO on April 13. Our first time. Will the Mummy be running? anyone have info?

No-one knows the official date - US are still saying Spring 2004. Many people on the boards reckon a soft opening in April/May with a full opening by June. Again no-one knows for certain but I think on April 13th your chances for getting a ride are not great.

I am going right to US at the very end of June, but I am hoping its running as early as possible! Want as many people to scout it out before I go Looks like an intense ride.

If it is running (and thats a big IF) on that day, it will be in its soft opening phase. This means, that the ride, if it opens at all that day, may open at any time during the day, and may close at any time during the day. Does this make sense? DM, please correct me if I'm wrong at all.

Soft opening are available for all timely guests. There are castmember and AP previews, but that is a bit different from the general soft opening which we are discussing.

How do we find out about any AP event? I get the mailings after any event has taken place so I can't wait for that. We'll be there 4/4-4/6.

Thanks for those great pictures Damo. I have not been able to get the video you posted a week or so ago to run on my PC, so I was really glad to see those pictures.

I too often get the AP mailings after the events take place. I am hoping for a Spiderman II event for our July trip. Anyone know the opening date for the next Shrek?

I doubt there'll be any mention of Spiderman 2, as it's a Sony film. If memory serves, they kinda laid low for the first film as well.

Shrek 2 is scheduled to open June 18th.
