Multiple rooms with AP disc?

I know that you can book up to three AP discounted rooms with one AP. Can my DH and I each book 3 rooms? We are thinking of planning a family vacation next year and if everyone goes we will need at least 6 rooms. So far we are the only ones in the family with APs. Thanks!

Yes, but it may be very difficult. I got 3 rooms with an AP but we had to change our resorts around. We are staying 9 nights and will be at 3 different resorts. I have to be honest, it was an extremely stressful time for me. Luckily, everyone in the family is okay with moving around.

Just so you know, you have to be there at check-in for each of your guests to show your card.

I figured that would happen I'm hoping to convince some other family members to get APs. If not it's going to be difficult as I don't think everyone wants to stay at the same resort. I might just offer an AP room to those staying at the same resort as me and DH, otherwise they are on their own. If not it will be totally insane and NOT the way to start a vacation!

I have a AP and I have a room reserved for me and one for my mother in law, they put her name first because she used her credit card but the CM on the phone said as long as my name is on the reservation I can us my AP discount for her room also. Has anyone had experience with this.
