Multiple Room question

Ok so i am a dvc member and going on the 14th of april to BLT. I am going with my g/f soon to be fiance i hope (cross your fingers) my brother and my best friend. Now i plan to propose on the evening of the 15th during wishes. What i wanna know is i already have 1 room booked for for my whole trip. I want to setup a second room just for the night of the 15th for her and I and then will go back with my best friend and brother. Am i able to checkin to two seperate rooms at the same time. If i do a room only that wont mess up my dining will it? If you have any other suggestions i would greatly appreciate it.

I think that the lead person on the reservation needs to be different. If you are the lead person on the one room and lead person on the other, it could be a problem. If that is the case, just put her name as the lead on the one night room.

But, since it is only for one night, I have a feeling you would be okay. And, no, if you have the other room, it should not affect the dining credits you have with the BLT room.

In February we stayed for 7 nights at BWV but wanted to stay at AKL concierge for one night in the middle of our stay without moving out of our BWV room. MS said that the lead person on the AKV reservation could not be the same as the BWV room because the computer wouldn't allow it. So I was lead on one room and DH was lead on the other.

I've done this a few times and as others have said, you can not be the lead person on 2 reservations during the same time. You will need to put it in her name or your friend's name. When we do a overlap or need two rooms during the same timeframe, we make sure it's in our name and my daughter's name.
