Multiple Ressie Question

I have 3 reservations for my stay in a couple of weeks (rented points, my points, and 1 cash night) and I was wondering if I will be able to keep the same room? They are consecutive nights and all studios at OKW, none are booked near the hospitality house. Do I just mention this at check-in? I was told they can not be linked since they are 2 different members and the cash night I booked through Disney and not DVC because their discount was actually better then the DVC discount.

Yes ask at check in. You will have to come to the front desk and check out, check in but they should be able to leave you in the same room.

If all OKW studio and not HH category, you CAN LINK the reservations for different members. You cannot link to the CRO reservation and if it's in the middle, then you can't link them at all. You will have to check out then back in again for each segment that is not linked and you can request to stay in the same unit but this cannot be guaranteed and you won't know for sure until each check in day comes. I would not wait until check in. I'd place the request with MS to stay in the same room, repeat it at check in and if applicable, repeat it when you go to the front desk at 6 am each day you have to check in again. If you can get the studio through MS, you should be able to link them all and it act like one reservation.

They should be able to link. One time I booked 3 nights and a friend booked 1 night in the middle (a Friday) and we were able to link separate reservation #'s. If the cash night was through MS, they should be able to link that too.
