Multiple Res #'s, Check out/in?

We have a long trip coming up. Since we got our points (just bought resale) about 6 weeks before our trip, we got a couple days here, a couple there and waitlisted the middle. We managed to get all of our waitlists so we have 1 loong stay at SSR! But we have 3 reservation #'s. I know at the All-Star, we would have to check out and in when we had different res #'s like this (and they always say we might have to change rooms), but have been assured that that is not the case here. Is that true?

It should be. Call MS and asked if the reservations are linked. That's been the case for us when we had the same sort of villa for the whole stay but booked it in pieces.

We had this at BWV this past week with no change in room type but two different reservation numbers. It might have been because of the system changes on 12/01 but we had to check back in the day of the second reservation. They would not give us a KTTW for the duration of both stays even though they showed the two ressies were linked in their system. In fact, the morning of the second reservation, mousekeeping thought they were supposed to clean the room due to a new guest. It wasn't much of a problem and only took a few minutes to take care of on the morning of the second reservation. Maybe it was a system glitch and you can get it all taken care of on the initial check in. Just a minor inconvenience either way.

We are here now and had 2 different reservations which were linked. At check in we got out KTTW card with the dates of our entire stay. We do not have to check in again in the morning. Also, we had Deluxe dining with one ressie and standard dining with the other. Our KTTW card says "Dining Play Multi". The CMs are not sure what to do with that so we have to explain when using it.
