Can a person rent and use points from more than one person on one trip at one location?
Example: someone offering 20 points, another 15, and another 65 points can I rent or buy all of them toward a need of 100 points.
Why is it called renting points instead of buying?

You are not actually renting or buying the poiints. You are asking a member to make you a reservation using their points. You would be better getting all the points you need ( making a rental agreement with one member). You may want to post a reservation wanted request on the rent/trade board listing what size unit you are looking for, the dates and the resorts in order of preference. For a late (close to check in date) reservation you may be very limited as to what is available. Also most people will not rent on very short notice without getting payment up front as there are penalties if they have to cancel. Also you need to read up on the ins and outs of renting so you understand what you are getting into. There are several threads about this on the rent/trade board.
