? Multiple Magic Bands ?

I have two separate reservations for this coming January Marathon weekend. One in POP for 4 days, followed immediately by 3 days at Port Orleans. These were setup as separate reservations and I have separate numbers. When I entered this into my disney experience it allowed me to order magic bands - but it seems like I am ordering 2 sets of magic bands. Do you think I'm going to get 2 separate sets or do you think Disney will figure it out and only send me one for the duration of the trip. Is there a reason I would want 2 sets - I mean they are free (right???) ?

I'm trying to figure out what to do...maybe I want a different color, but if I do change one color and then they send me only one set, it might up being my second favorite color. Any suggestions?

Yes, you get 2 sets because you have 2 resort reservations. Yes they are free. Yes you can order different colours. And as long as they appear on your MDE, you can use them interchangeably during both reservations.

You'll get multiple magic bands (and multiple welcome packages). We make several short trips a year - have a collection of bands in various colors - they all work interchangeably - just another perk of staying in a WDW resort

You can also decline the bands - but the cost is factored into your room rate - so play with colors!
