Hi
I am a fellow allergy sufferer-- deathly tree nut allergy in my case....
First, I had a bad experience with Boma. There is a hummus with nuts on it on the buffet, as well as salmon, and some desserts. When the chef came over to talk to me about what I could/could not eat, he forgot to tell me about some of the things that had allergens in them! It's a good thing my mom was savvy enough about my allergy and foods that are usually contaminated, so she went up to the chef to ask him if he would make me something separate (which is standard for most restaurants in Disney) He refused and told us if we didn't like it we could leave. So the manager apologized to us, and we left.
Something to mention about Morocco- they use ALOT of couscous. Couscous generally has, or is made on equipment that has pine nuts (which are what my allergy is most serious to). Because of this, we generally avoid this pavilion's fare.
We have been to Le Cellier numerous times and the food is great. Unfortunately, for lunch they have a potato gnocci with a pesto (with pine nuts) broth. In previous years, the chef we dealt with was the same guy, and he was great. He would personally make whatever I wanted, and on a hypo-allergenic grill. The chefs just changed with the change of Le Cellier to a signature restaurant. From this, I would use caution, it would probably be alright, but you never know.
With this said, we go to Disney every year and Disney is AMAZING when it comes to accommodating allergies. They are always AWESOME and take extreme measures to make sure you are safe and happy. Here are some of our favorite restaurants that have been great every year, and the chefs make sure our dishes are prepared separately:
1. Liberty Tree Tavern- good food, characters, fun place
2. Sci Fi/ 50's PTC- good food, atmosphere is cool, both well-accommodating
3. Chefs de France- cool atmosphere, great food
4. Kouzzina for breakfast- chef Marylin was my favorite, awesome breakfast
5. Tony's Town Square- Chef made whatever I wanted separate
6. Crystal Palace- can be a bit noisy, but the chef was accommodating
