Multiple bookings and Staterooms

In Aug we are cruising and plan to use the inboard booking discounts for another cruise. I am planning two different cruises. One Aug 2016 for one stateroom and one in Dec 2016 for 3 staterooms.

I don't want to wait until the Aug 2016 to book Dec 2016 cause it's a family cruise and I want to get the staterooms close together and the best choice of staterooms.

So I have a few questions about how to do this:

First I want to get the onboard discount for the Dec 2016 cruise, because it will be on 2 staterooms as opposed to the Aug 2016 which will only be on 1 stateroom. I wrote this info and will attach it to the booking onboard form. So if I turn in two sets of onboard forms for the two different cruise dates and state I want the discounts from the second cruise and not the Aug cruise that proceeds it, does that make sense and will dcl apply the discount to the further cruise as opposed to the aug cruise??

Second, the Dec family cruise, I'm booking two staterooms with a veranda and one with oceanview. If I also state to discount the first two veranda rooms and I'll pay the prevailing rate on the oceanview room, will dcl follow that as well???

Do I need to fill out an onboard form for each of the three staterooms in Dec or can I put the info on one form?

It all sounds a little complicated, but I'm hoping if I spell it out, it will work out. Since the cruise I'm taking in 2 weeks is only a 3 day cruise, I'm hoping to drop all this info in the box by the desk for future cruises and follow up with calls if possible. If there isn't a huge line, I would go speak to them, but I hope I don't have to spend a ton of time waiting to explain all of this. Three days is short enough.

What's your thoughts on this.??

Thanks

Chris

Finally, each of the 3 stateroom has different reservation numbers and different guests to assign to them. Is that done on the onboard form? That way, each stateroom family is free to use whatever insurance program that want to follow.

First rule always book ASAP do not wait to book onboard unless your going In a week, the prices go up all the time. I checked on mine and it had gone up about 12% in four months and only late sitting available for 2016.

Onboard its one form for your booking however many staterooms you book.

On my recent cruise there were two agents working long hours with only food breaks at lunch and dinner times. It's best to see them face to face if you can.

I would suggest book now with a specialist DCL Travel agent and obtain good on board credits from them, shop around seek who gives you the best service. Then on ship " if" the price hasn't gone up cancel that booking and re shop is. Works as long as you are not concierge sad outside your paid in full date.

When booking your reservations should be linked so you will eat together and you can use any if the staterooms. For booking an adult needs to be registered on each stateroom.

Ok, great . Thanks for the info. We are going in two weeks. Trying to get the $100 on board credit for all the rooms we book, both the 3 in Dec and 1 in the Aug cruise.

Thanks
Chris

If you book with a number of different DCL TAs you will get more OBC than that, if you wait the risk is the prices have gone up for more than that and main sitting gone and you cannot book staterooms close or connecting together.
