I think you will be fine and will be able to find a variety of foods!
My DS for his first 3 Disney trips was allergic (anaphylactic) to all dairy, egg whites, peanuts and tree nuts. I have always been able to give him the cross contamination, ie made in the same equipment as. It gets cleaned between “recipes”.
We mainly eat QS and do Maybe do 2 TS. Again no problem, we always find something. I did bring him burger and hot dog buns from home because I knew he would get the gluten free ones which would not go well with a 2, 4 and 9 yo boy (his trip ages). There was only one place that could not accommodate him-Rosie’s all American in downtown Disney, so we skipped it. The check at the Poly basically gave him a whole dole whip to try and then we bought one. She also gave him a row of Oreos and told me to come back if I needed more...for free!
Fast forward to this August, he can eat all eggs, although he hates them. And he can have almonds, cashews and pistachios-was never allergic but allergist said to avoid. And the biggest....cooked dairy. He is dreading that one because we can finally eat at via Napoli. And I don’t have to bring him burger buns!
Anyways, you will find food. Pretty much all the little kiosks have the allergy boom as does the QS places. And it’s is easy to read!
