Mulitple Park Ticket Types in My Disney Experience ..help

I am trying to figure out my upcoming plans to WDW. I will be starting my trip with work and I have a COMP pass assigned to me that's already in my MDE account. After the work trip my family is joining me and we have YES passes. I haven't received the code yet for the YES passes, but what happens when I link mine? My COMP pass is for 5 days with WPF&M-I won't be using the wpf&m entitlements until they arrive, I'm assuming they are useable for 2 weeks. How will the system work with overlapping ticket types? 5 wpf&m entries from trip 1 and 6 day hopper for trip too. HELP!!

Before going into any park, stop by any Guest Relations and have the CM make the ticket that you want to use FIRST the "highest priority" in your MDE account.
That ticket will be used when you enter the first park.
It will continue to be used until it is all used up.
You can go back to Guest Relations as many times as you like to change the priority
of tickets.

Once any ticket is used, all of its assets will be valid for 14 days.
Any unused ticket in your MDE will remain fresh and valid until you start to use it.

Thanks Robo that seems simple enough. Once the COMP theme park days are over and start the YES park days I will still be able to access the WPF&M options from ticket 1?
