Mules Decreasing!!

I have just tried to create a mule and it asks for street address and Zip code!!

One thing wat do i put for zip code?? i live in Scotland for example do i put : number number letter...

I guess maybe so many people are making mules to get credits and other stuff... though I don't see why they would have a problem with that. Maybe it's all the fake e-mail addresses? All I know was when I was making mules I put in the funniest email addresses....hopefully nobody has them. Maybe they are putting in the zip code so that people would actually have to make a real one in order to play....(bad info there) Anyways.... I just look at websites and stuff and take their zip codes(bad idea)
