Mulan costume at the parks?

I am trying to see if the Disney stores at the parks/Downtown Disney have a Mulan costume? And is it the same one as at the Disney store? My daughter needs a 9/10 but they are sold out in her size online. I guess they put out a new version every year, but does anyone know when? I thought we might be able to get one at the Parks when we go next month, but wanted to make sure they have one. If so, does anyone have any pictures or the price?

Trying to avoid ebay resellers and their prices if I can.

I will sort of answer my own post. I called the Disney Store in the mall in Orlando, and they had one Mulan dress in a 9/10! It was on sale, but I did have to pay shipping of around $8. Well worth it to have this dress in time for our trip next month!
