Mug Refills ?

Just got back from a quick convention trip to the YC/BC. Had a great time overall and generally loved the YC area. But one relatively small thing was really annoying to me. The only way to fill up your mug there was to go to the counter at the pool grill or Beaches and Cream - no self-serve refills. What made that a real problem is that by late evening the pool grill was closed up and Beaches and Cream always had a long line. Really frustrating to have to wait 20 minutes just to get your mugs refilled. When we have stayed at moderates the food court also just has a self-serve soda fountain that you can go up to any time, including late at night. Also did not make you wonder whether you should be tipping someone for refilling your mug. I can't believe they don't have lots of people complain about this - you buy the $10 mug to get free refills and then the only way to fill it is to stand in a long line with all the people buying ice cream. Wouldn't it be fairly simple to just add a self-serve fountain right outside the B&C entrance? Have other YC experts asked about this before or am I just being silly.

Thinking about staying at the Poly next trip - do the other deluxes have the same mug refill situation as the YC?

Last time I stayed at the Poly there was a self serve soft drink fountian in Captin Cooks. It is very easy to walk in fill up your mug and leave. Only line you might stand in is one of those waiting to fill their drinks
