The refillable mugs are only to be used for 1 trip! A new mug must be purchased for each trip. We'll have 15 of this year's mug by December.

Now you'll see plenty of people using old mugs...like ridiculously old mugs! Disney does nothing to stop this. But it's definitely against the rules.

Thank you, we have always purchased new mugs and will continue to do so but I "thought" I read about a new policy. Guess I was mistaking.
