MTTMM: Which days?

We booked through AAA and we get a MTTMM voucher with our tickets. Does MTTMM happen every day? We are visiting the parks on a Friday and a Saturday. I booked breakfast at Ariel's Grotto for 8:10 on the Saturday and assumed that we would do MTTMM on Friday morning. But now I'm finding that maybe it only happens on certain days...? I can't find anything definitive online.

Help?!

MTTMM usually occurs on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
