MSG? Has anyone asked recently?

I did a search on this forum but all of the threads on this subject are 3+ yrs old, so info may be outdated.

It seems MSG in foods gives me a pretty severe headache. The last thing I want on a WDW day is battling a headache!

Wondering if anyone has asked at any of these restaurants that serve Asian inspired foods (these are the ones we plan on going to)
