On our trip in December we plan to stay and see the MSEP and Wishes at MK one evening. From what I see on here the least crowded area to watch MSEP is in the Frontierland area. The MSEP is running at 9:00 and 11:00 pm with Wishes in the middle at 10:00 pm.

With that in mind would you watch the parade first and then head over to watch the fireworks or vice versa? I know trying to go past the front of the castle will be really hard so what route should we take to get from one spot or the other? Or should we just find a spot that's good for Wishes and view the parade from there? Is there a decent place in Frontierland that is good to watch Wishes?

The second parade will have far, FAR fewer guests lined up to watch it.
You'd have very little trouble grabbing a spot to watch it virtually anywhere along the route.

As to Wishes...
You ALSO want to be able to see the new "show" that is actually projected on the front of the Castle,
"Celebrate the Magic," which begins about 15 minutes before the fireworks.

Below is a rough estimate of the Fireworks viewing spots
based on other posters' info on the boards and personal experience.

Thanks! I had forgotten about the new show. Looks like we'll be watching the second parade then.
