Yes, if both FP+ are available.
There is no "tiering" at MK, so any an all FP+ are able to be taken by anyone, if still available.

I actually have the fast passes already, I guess my real question is, is it physically possible to fight the crowd from one fast pass location to the other in time for the wishes fast pass?

Yes.
If the parade FP location is in Town Square (flagpole) area...
As soon as the end of the parade comes along, get into the street and follow the parade down Main St. until you reach the Wishes FP areas, and choose one to enter.

I recommend doing the parade FP+ over the Wishes one unless you are set on having them both. We did Wishes and weren't happy with the view at all.

We missed Wishes the last time since the kids were small and needed to be in bed early. Not sure I understand a FP for Wishes...what's the advantage?

Really? We absolutely love the view. It's spot, dead center on. Only way to get a view as good without the FP is to arrive quite a long time before Wishes and stake a spot on the street/sidewalk. And you are left standing the entire time
