MSEP 2nd parade & EMH?

So I see in april 20th a second MSEP at 11pm. The EMH are 11pm to 1am. Reasoning for adding that 2nd parade during EMH? Is this normal?

I wonder if they will extend closing time.
That happened to us in Jan. Was supposed to be 9pm close and just one MSEP at 7. Later they added a 9pm parade and close moved to 10.

That's the usual procedure.

It is very rare for there to be a parade during PM EMH.
But, if there IS, all guests (regardless of resort stay) who are still in the park can watch it.

When they do that will EMH only be an hour or will it be 12-2?
