MS Wait Times (ugh!)

I called Monday at about 9:30 and got through almost immediately. It was maybe a 30 second wait before I was speaking with a real person.

I called two times today and wasn't put on hold at all. I called in the afternoon on a Tuesday if that helps.

I've had the misfortune of having to speak to member accounting on 2 seperate occasions. Both times the wait was 25 to 30 minutes. GRR

I just booked and never was on hold. Lucky I guess. Even had the choice about the one bed bedroom they had value, standard and savanah available.

I called today @ 9:00 am sharp for 2nd day in ressie(got right thru ), stressed out when i realized i had a "newbie" who was struggling

said she had to shut down her computer & log back on (twice) all the while I could hear the operator next to her breeze thru several other ressies...i kept thinking he was giving away "our" room

worked out fine, did take ten min to complete the transaction (glad i remembered to jot her name down jik)

will say that I did wait on the weekends before, not sure if they have a smaller staff then or not or just busier.
