Before the switch to a 7 day a week schedule, I rarely had long wait times. Msot of the time, my call was answered within 3 minutes. Every single time I have called over the past 2 weeks, no matter what day or what time of day,the waits are 15-20 minutes minimum. What is going on? Did they not increase staff when they went to 7 days a week and just spread them thinner so there are fewer people working on any given shift? So frustrating!
My only complaint is that I haven't had much time to listen to the music 

The actual wait time was about 20! While it was nice hearing the music, every time the message about going to DVC.com came on, I got excited thinking my call was finally answered!!!
If they were planning to make this change they should have had the foresight to train more CMs. IMHO.
