MS says systems??? what???

I just got off the phone with MS and they said the system is updating on Feb 22 and they cannot make any ressie and call back after 10am--- after I just waited on hold for 30 mins???
Why would they do a system update on such a busy morning-- they can't even check avail. so I still have to call back again----- this is nuts!!!!

I think "system update" is code for "our system can't handle the call volume and crashed". Disney has to put their spin on everything, you know.

Because they are at the mercy of the Disney IT shop? Which has to be one of the worst IT shops I have ever seen in action.

Disney, pick up the phone! Call Marriott, Hilton etc and start poaching.
