The easy part of exchanging into a DVC rental via RCI is receiving a confirmed reservation number. That has been accomplished and we are checking into OKW Aug 31 for a week. Our small group of travelers found out we can arrive a day early so I rented points from a DVC member for 1 night at OKW.

All has gone well with our transaction and I have the confirmation from Disney in my name for that 1 night. However, I need to make ME reservations for our arrival. I have sent the info to the owner via email but have not had a response. If she does not make the ME reservation through MS for us, do I have any options?

If you have the DVC reservation number, you can call ME yourself. I'd give the owner a week or so and then call ME to confirm. You can find the number over on the Transportation Board.
