MS--phone today???

I have been calling member services since 10 am this morning and I have yet to get anything other than a busy signal.

What am I missing? I cannot come up with a reason why they'd be so busy today.

I called this morning about 10:15 and got through without any problems.

Early December reservations and lots of new members paying their dues by credit card, I suppose.

Ah...dues explains it. I forgot to add that to the possible reasons for calling.

Fortunately, MichelleB's luck appears to have rubbed off and I just got through.

I've been trying to call since yesterday morning too. All I get is a busy signal

my cell phone doesn't care whether it is an 800# or not, so I called the regular number this morning and spoke to a nice rep after about a 20 min wait.

I constantly get a busy signal with the 800#. The other number rings the first call.

I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM TODAY

I was thinking it was dues as well, but when I got through to the first menu (option 1) it rang like 30 times before it picked up and let me choose option 1 a second time.
