MS & MISINFORMATION

2nd time MS is telling me that if WL matches, we should see it change from active to matched status on the dashboard. Is anyone else seeing this? The WL used to disappear if matched but, that took awhile. I rarely if ever got an email that it matched and if I did, it was weeks after.

Well earlier I said I hadn't seen that and I still haven't.

I set up a waitlist this morning and had to call MS this afternoon about a transfer. Right away she said she could see that I had a waitlist that had matched. It was the one I set up this morning and it still looked just the same on my end. :(

Congrats on the WL matching! I guess we just have to weed through the incorrect info and find our answers here.

I had a waitlist come through yesterday. No email explicitly stating the waitlist was matched, but did get an email confirming a new reservation, which I knew meant the waitlist had matched. Went to the site and the waitlist was gone and new single night reservation was there. Perhaps that is what they meant vs. actually saying “matched”.
