MS is holding up points for over a month

I modified the dates of a reservation dec 2014 for travel November 2015. In the process the CM borrowed points by accident and as a result my whole account is completely messed up. Meaning everything had to get sent to IT and I can't see the reservation on my membership page nor the points that adjusting the dates would have released to me(the new revs used less points than the first) its been a month and I am completely frustrated and disappointed. Has anyone ever heard of this? I wrote 2 emails and called MS and nothing is rectified. Do I have any recourse?

I had a CM accidentally borrow points a couple of weeks ago when trying to make a reservation. When I noticed it, I called right back and they fixed it right then. She did have to get a supervisor, but it was fixed in a matter of minutes.

A couple of years ago, when trying to modify the names of guests in our 2 bedroom at BLT, my reservation disappeared along with the 400 points that I had used to book it. Just vanished into Disney cyber space. They had to get Disney IT involved, and for a couple of weeks, I had no reservation or points showing in my MDE account. It was fixed, but it did take a while. Not a month like you have been waiting. Keep calling. Maybe you will get lucky and find someone who can actually help you.

I am in week two of my points from a canceled reservation being in the black hole known as Disney IT. I canceled part of a reservation which had taken 4 contracts, two home resorts, three UYs. So it was complicated, yes. But the canceled nights' points were less than one UY's points in one contract.

So when I called, the CM at MS at first said it w/b no problem just getting those points back into that one contract for that one UY since the number being returned was less than what I used from that one.

Nope. My points went into cyberspace somewhere. The MS CM said she would have to get IT involved, and it might take up to a week. Well into the second week and I just got off the phone again with MS. This CM actually tried to call IT and find out the status, but she came back on with me and said It wouldn't talk to her about it except they have it in their list of things to do.

Meanwhile, I've missed a couple of nights of reservations because I didn't have the points and the rooms have booked up. The CM was able to make some sort of virtual reservation for me, holding a room for me until I can actually use points to book it.

Turns out it's a good thing she did because when I got off I checked that resort for those nights, and one of them is gone. I might have "gotten" the last one, virtually, of course.

I'm not holding my breath on this one. I know eventually it will get resolved, but, man, is this frustrating.

Omg Brian I am going thru the same thing! Reservations in cyberspace and vanishing points!! It's terrible. And I just paid an arm and a leg in dues. Totally unacceptable. And frustrating.

Well, to follow up, MS actually called me the other day to tell me my points had been retrieved fro IT limbo.

My account now is as it should have been. I wonder if that extra phone call to MS I made helped at all - you know, the "squeaky wheel" approach?
